- Indicated spine size is based on the insert size listed inserted TN style, for folio style inserts, the spine thickness is 10 mm less due to seam allowance.
- Classic an Classic plus can take 3-4 60 page inserts.
- Professional, Business and Executive can hold 2-3 60 page inserts. Pockets will add about an insert thickness to the cover when filled.
- A and B Sizes are ISO sizes, unless otherwise indicated!
- B6 Slim is a slim version of B6 JIS (Japanese B size).
- Jibun Techo has 2 different editions per size. The Idea&Life (I&L) book and the Diary.
- Cover sizes are before processing, like burnishing the edges, a few mm difference with the stated size is possible.
- Folio covers are not cover on cover, if you like to use cover on cover, please add 1 XL-h add-on to your order, for 1 cm extra height!

Leerbewerkingsworkshop gericht op snijden en stempelen (toolen) van plantaardig gelooid leer. Waarna we het leer zullen verven en alles in elkaar naaien tot een functionele lederen travelers notebook (Professional).
De workshop is opgedeeld in 2 dagen, waarbij we de eerste dag gaan toolen en de 2e dag gaan verven, naaien en verder afmaken van het notebook.
Je kunt ervoor kiezen om ofwel alleen dag 1 (tooling) of dag 2 (professional) mee te doen. Houd er rekening mee dat wanneer je alleen voor de tooling workshop dag kiest, je zelf het notebook thuis moet afmaken.
Je leert de basisbeginselen van toolen en werken met plantaardig gelooid leer, waaronder verven en hand naaien van het leer, polijsten en afwerken van de randen van je project.
We hebben voor het toolen een aantal designs uitgekozen die geschikt zijn voor een beginner tot intermediate. Deze designs zijn speciaal uitgekozen omdat hierbij een aantal verschillende basis technieken aan bod komen.
Een custom design is mogelijk, echter alleen na contact met ons.
Op dag 2 van de workshop gaan we het notebook verven, antieken, in elkaar naaien en polijsten. Aan het eind van deze dag heb je een compleet notebook met insert, klaar voor gebruik.
We starten om 10:00 uur en eindigen om 17:00 uur.
De benodigde kit voor het meedoen met de workshop is in een aparte listing te verkrijgen in verschillende formaten. Wanneer je nog nooit leer met de hand genaaid hebt, raad ik de advanced kit af.
Wij zorgen voor koffie, thee en koekjes, maar je moet zelf je lunch meebrengen... Hoewel het wel voorkomt dat ik vers (zuurdesem) brood bak...
_______________________Leatherworking workshop focused on carving and tooling vegetable tanned leather, after which we will dye and sew it all together into a leather Travelers Notebook.
You can choose to do only Day 1 (Tooling) or day 2 (professional). Keep in mind that when you choose the Tooling workshop day only, you will have to finish the notebook at home.
We choose a few designs that are suitable for beginner to intermediate. Several base techniques will be addressed and practiced during the day.
Custom designs are possible, but only after contacting us.
On day 2 we will continue making the notebook. We will dye, antique, sew and polish the notebook cover. After all this hard work you will have a finished notebook, with insert, ready for use at the end of the day.
We start at 10 in the morning and end at 5 in the afternoon for both days.
You can choose your own size notebook with the workshop kit.
We will provide coffee, tea and cookies, but you'll have to bring your own lunch... Although I have been known to bake fresh sourdough bread...
